Terms & Conditions

 

Shipping - We are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you wish to purchase insurance on your package if you are concerned. 

 

Returns and exchanges:

  • Refunds are not available unless a piece is faulty. 

  • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns, exchanges or refunds ( this includes any jewellery purchased with a discount code)  

  • Unfortunately no exchanges are available on jewellery pieces (Unless faulty);

      • Purchased whilst on sale

      • That have been worn

      • Bought as a custom pieces

      • Are earrings

  • Earrings & Hair accessories are unable to be exchanged for hygiene reasons, so please select your jewellery carefully.

  • Exchange for change of mind via post requires items to be mailed via tracked postage, with a prepaid postbag for the exchanged item to be posted back in.
